Best MOVIE... Chuck P. is the best. I LOVE the fact that his books can come to life like they did with Fight Club. Huge fan of his work , hope they will get to produce SURVIVOR even post 9/11.

Poor movie! The plot was disjointed and lost at times. Don't waste your money.

I wish this film captured the book's exhilaration of Victor's sexual addiction and choke artistry. The film just seemed to never capture the emotional aspect of it. I think the film would've been much stronger if a more experienced director took the reins. The film should've captured the labyrinth-like story-telling of the book, so that it comes to an amazing ending about Victor and his personal journey of self-discovery. The mother/son relationship is important, but Palahniuk's world is all about the twisted elements of humanity.

Amazing! I actually worked on the art work for this movie over the summer and saw it before it got released... but seeing it again on the big screen made it even more amazing than I remembered! Even better than the book!

A very smart and funny movie. Follow a very wrong side of the tracks character down a hilariously wrong path to self discovery. Enjoy here an unconventional and twisted humour based on very mater-of-factly vision of the world, that will appeal to all of you who have ever found yourself wondering exactly where you fit in. A feel good movie for people who despise feel-good movies.

I think the director did a good job sticking pretty closely to the book. There were a few differences but overall I think the movie is definitely worth a watch.

The story never really clicked on the screen, also needs an improvement in the music department. Save your money and buy the book, at least then you'll get the better ending.

A very good adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's warped sex adventure. Sam Rockwell is, as always, amazing, and the rest of the cast rocks too. My only complaint is that they seemed to devote more to the mother/son relationship and less to the actual choking and sex addiction than the book did. Otherwise, a very fine movie.

What a ripoff! I could have had a nice evening with my wife. Instead, I spent this Saturday night watching a movie that must be one of the worst I've ever seen. Bad cast, lousy script, terrible storytelling. Stay home and watch the news, that might be more entertaining.
