Why has no one mentioned the lack of music? My Preschool aged twin girls love puppy dogs of course and so everytime the preview with the Chihuahua song come on they were riveted. I knew it was a little old for them but thought it would be like The Chipmunk Movie (for which they were even younger), the music and the antics kept them entertained even if they don't get the story. Wrong! No music, very little antics, a lot of talking AND NO CHIHUAHUA SONG! I couldn't keep them in their seats they were sooo bored!

Sucked sucked sucked and I love everything I see. I feel asleep and the acting was horrible. The girl they got to do the part was terrible, they should got her to do the voices, if she could even pull that off, and then got drew to play her.

If you are tickled by animals talking--this is the movie to see. Funny, smart, great fashion references, very enjoyable--despite the fact I was the oldest person in the theatre. High recommendations.

Good movie but felt it dragged on in some parts. Talking dogs wearing clothes are hilarious. My five year old loved it, she even cried!

I took my son to see this movie and he usually likes this kind of thing but we both got bored half way through- in fact, since we were the ONLY 2 people in the theatre that night- It's safe to say that 100% of everyone in there thought it sucked.

Dear me, it was brilliant! My grandchildren loved the iguana, Papi, and the little mouse... I recall his name being Delgatto. Cute movie, very enjoyable. I think that it was a nice way to spend the evening.

There are only 2 reasons you would want to see this movie. 1) you have money to throw a way and 2) you are so bored that you'd rather watch a flop. Honestly, this move is shockingly bad. I'm very surprised at the other positive reviews. They must be on drugs!

This was a great movie I thought it was going to be all about pampered chiwawas but then the pampered chiwawa gets lost from beverly hills and makes her wat from beverly hills to mexico to new mexico then till the middle of nowhere... GREAT MOVIE! 12/10.

I went to see this movie with a nine year old last weekend. She was riveted throughout and I thought it wasn't bad. I don't know if I would suggest that everyone go out and see this movie but it was an okay pick for a parent taking their child to a movie that isn't in poor taste and has a pretty good moral. Not bad.

My 8 year old cried during the movie as there was some sad parts. The preview had me laughing so hard, thought it was going to be a funny movie. I was so disappointed that it wasn't anything like the preview.

If you want to be entertained, than it is a movie that does just that. This is a movie that when I saw the previews for it said to my daughter that there was no way I am going to see that. Well with her birthday being at the same time as the release as this movie, she had decided that she and a g/f would like to see it. Said I would drop her off but she wanted me come with. Went grudgingly, to my surprise I enjoyed it more that she did. First impressions are not always right, is a fun movie purely entertainment.

I dont know why people always go, waste their money on a family movie and then rate it a low rating. They do it with all family movies, its like they intend to do it from the start. I on the other hand love family movies, including Disney, and I thought that the trailer looked cute and funny. So I went on Friday night and loved it. The movie is very predictable of course and the plot has been used a lot of times but its always different in their own way. The movie has some funny parts, only making me chuckle though. I knew that the movie wasent going to be all that funny but I knew it would be entertaining. Plus the actors in this movie are very good, Jamie Lee Curtis, Drew Barrymore, Andy Garcia, and the voice work was very well done. I think that you should give this movie a try if you like family movies, go see it with your family and at least give it a try, I'm sure its much better then Quarantine, but dont expect an award nomination or any oscars.
