I'm surprised at how highly this movie is being rated. It is good... far better than most "chick flicks" but at the heart and soul of it, that's all this movie is. Fun and funny at times but it also drags a little too long and then comes to an abrupt ending where everyone lives happily ever after... a little too Hollywood.

I went to see this with my husband. I was told it was a bit long but good otherwise. I ended up really enjoying the movie. I was glad to see Will Smith back in a comedy. I would have to say all the acting was great. I think anyone who enjoys a good romance with a good laugh will completely enjoy this movie, I know I certainly did.

I honestly expected more from this movie. That being said, it was entertaining. I wasn't too partial to the woman who played opposite Will Smith, had it been a better actress it may have been a 9 out of 10.

The movie was amazing because it's not your basic comedy. This movie had me laughing from beginning to end. The parts that we see that are funny from the previews are still funny even when we know what were expecting. It was good enough to go see again. It's a must see movie.

The people giving this movie bad ratings obviously have NO SENSE OF HUMOR. This movie was great and NO, not ALL the parts are in the previews... if you're into a comedies, a definite must see!!!

Honestly, you think they just took some major actors and threw them in a movie to make money... but I was WRONG!! This movie is so Good, really funny, story line is realistic and good, it's not just some cheap story line, its good!! This movie will defenetly be on my DVD shelf when it comes out!!

Hitch was a wonderful comedy. A love story for the ladies and a great comedy for the guys. This movie is the perfect date movie. Will Smith has exceded his role as a serious actor and a comedian all in one role. You must take your date to see this movie.

Great movie which shows that all in all, people need to be themselves when wanting to find that someone special. Having "basic principals" are nothing more than pretending to be someone you're not, and not being true to yourself or the other person. Excellent comedy and acting as well.

This movie is amazing, plain and simple. It is the perfect Valentine's movie it's hilarious and romatic, and it's not one of those movies that shows all of the funny scenes in the trailer. I'm an action horror kind of guy but I'll be honest, this is the best movie I've seen in a very long time.
