This movie was an excellent family movie. I took my two children to see it. My oldest child said she hoped we would buy it when it came out on DVD.

Spoke to the moral heart, don't see unless you want to be touched and moved.

What is wrong with filmakers when you have to sit through an hour of sadness for 10 minutes of funny? Thats what this movie was. SAD, sad, sad, I guess I am used to scripts that entertain the parent while making the kids laugh. Although I must say my kids liked this movie very much, I thought it hard to sit through. It needed more Dave Mathews music and more Canadian funnies from Harland Williams (he is as always HILARIOUS) so... my advice is send the kids with the babysitter!!!

I took my three year old son and he absolutley adored Winn Dixie. I also enjoyed the movie. We're going to see it again.

This yanked! Shaky storyline and weak acting. Daniels should have hung them up after D & D..

A very well conceived story, with the right touch of humor and humanity. A winning blend... good for all ages.

One of those rare movies that touch you and make you laugh, simple but beautiful. Must see for the whole family.

BORING!!! I found this movie quite depressing for a kiddie flick. The whole "my drunken mother left me in the night" thing is not what I call entertainement for children. Not impressed by the dog either. Benji still rules!

A fun, upbeat family movie. Don't take it too seriously and you'll have a good time, even as an adult ;-)

Terribly crap. Another Fox stinker. How many can they release? Let's hope their next - Robots - is an improvement. This film is slow and shaky. It has limited comedy and when it does get going it ends. There's just no value in it, unless you are a fan of smiling dogs.
