I look at the necessity of the film, the plot and how it unfolds, if the actions of the characters make sense, if the story is believable (if it is supposed to be) I am a film student and I know what a film needs to be a good film. Some movies are for pure entertainment (Transformers) and others are there to show the darker side of man. Blindness is a film that displays a version of "chaos and anarchy" that I don't believe would happen. It was vulgar and crude and was an insult to human intelligence. We are too smart a society and have studied this too much to just lock everyone up without any help. If you believe this fine, but I like to give man the benefit of the doubt.
