This film however will not appeal to the younger crowd, as it was not a glamor film obout war and did not follow the lead charactor through unrealistic and impossible battle scenes. Instead this film is an intellectual journey into the human side of war, both on and off the battle field. I beleive this film is as realistic as you can possibly get. There is nothing glamorous about death or killing, and this film shows that. This film will probably not apeal to kids under 20. Although this film should be shown in schools and the kids made to discuss it. Thank a veteran for your freedom.
