I brought a girl I know to see this, and by the end of the movie we were the only ones in the theatre. (Granted, there were only about 2 or 3 other couples) We both laughed our asses off. Ok, it was a bit crude and very suggestive, but if you forgot that it was rated 18a and paid no attention to the story, then you deserved to be shocked. Dane Cook was trying to be rude, that was the point, and he was absolutely hilarious. Kate Hudson did well also, playing the cute business woman that sees through the "bad guy's" load of crap and falls for him. She was funny herself. Biggs is still a dork, his usual role, and it fits. Baldwin was the perfect slimy old man. This was a guys version of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days or Hitch. (and a fair bit more realistic these days...) Not something to bring a family or anyone overly sensitive (not a first date movie), but the rating should have given that away. I just may see it again.
